Hello beautiful souls! My name is Jessica and I'm happy you stopped by to visit my page. I lived a majority of my life in a very unawakened and unhealed version of myself. One could say that I lived out my South Node very well! From battling depression, anxiety, coping with my abusive past and life along with my own bad choices through alcohol and negativity, being judgmental and overly critical of myself and everyone else to the point where negativity just poured out around me (unbeknownst to me at the time).However, because I had been seeking professional help since my teens, my heart always remained true in the sense that I wanted to help others break away from the abusive cycles and let them know that there is more to life than struggle, strife and people pleasing. And I've always been a believer in God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, angels and spirits. However, it wasn't until I started to wake up feeling like, "There has to be something more to life than this. I am meant to help others, but how?" Fast forward to being led to Human Design where I discovered more about myself and had so many "AHA!" moments and realized that I can shift my perspectives and heal the parts of my heart that were shattered as a child and throughout my life. I also discovered that the "pressure" I could physically feel on and around me all of my life was actually energy.Upon recognizing this new discovery, it began my passion, love and quest for knowledge and training in Reiki and other energy clearing modalities such as Silent Counselling (an energetic emotional release technique) and Human Design Readings. I infuse all of my sessions with intentional thoughts of love, light, healing and compassion.The training and certifications I've received are more than papers for me. They're a reminder of the time, energy, healing, commitment and drive I have to my own personal journey. Personal growth and healing mind, body and spirit is my passion and part of my soul's calling. This is a lifestyle for me...while healing is a continuous process (I'm no different), I am at a place in my life where I'm being called to share these gifts with the world. Everyone has different gifts and talents and I believe another part of my life's work is to help others re-ignite or discover their own hidden powers.
