The Reflector is the rarest type, and the only one with no defined centres at all. Every centre is open, so there is no fixed, reliable energy running anywhere in the design. In our own stored charts, Lunar authority appears in about 1.3% of people.
That total openness is the mechanism. A Reflector takes in and amplifies whatever is around them, which makes them an unusually accurate read on the health of a place or a group. What they feel is largely not theirs; it is a sample of the room.
