The Tribal–Ego circuit serves the immediate group: family, close community, small organisations. It operates through willpower and the drive to secure resources and hold people together. This circuitry cares about belonging and survival within a defined circle, not abstract principles or mass movements.
Energy moves through acquisition and commitment. Someone with substantial Tribal–Ego definition experiences a natural impulse to claim, provide, and maintain bonds. They want to know who is in their group and what they can count on.
