The Solar Plexus is the emotional wave, both a motor and an awareness centre, moving in cycles from high to low. It is completely open when no gate in it is activated at all, so you generate no wave of your own. You take in whatever emotional weather is present and amplify it, often more loudly than the person it belongs to. Their irritation becomes your bad mood, and their excitement lifts you further than it lifts them. On your own the weather clears surprisingly fast, and that gap is the single most useful thing to watch.
