What’s your refund policy?

Q: What is your refund policy for new memberships? #

A: For new memberships paid upfront, we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your membership within the first 7 days, you can request a full refund by contacting us at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your card.

Q: Are memberships after a free trial refundable? #

A: Memberships activated following a free trial period are non-refundable. We encourage users to explore the platform during the free trial to ensure it meets their expectations before committing to a paid plan.

Q: Can I get a refund for other concerns? #

A: For issues outside the scope of the above policies, you can submit a refund request to [email protected]. Refunds will be considered if the request meets the following criteria:

  • Product or Service Issues: If our service fails to function as advertised, causing significant inconvenience. Refunds will only be considered if our attempt to rectify the issue fails.
  • Unauthorized Charges: Refunds for charges made without the account holder’s consent may be considered. Proof of unauthorized transaction may be requested.
  • Other Extenuating Circumstances: Cases not fitting the above categories will be reviewed individually.

Please note that changing your mind about a purchase does not entitle you to a refund.

Q: What is the process for requesting a refund? #

A: After submitting a refund request, our team will assess your claim. Eligible refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of the review and may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear back on your card. You will be notified via email once the refund is processed. If the refund cannot be reverted to the initial payment method, we will offer equivalent credit or an alternative refund method.

Q: What are my consumer rights if I am based in the EU/UK? #

A: For EU/UK-based users, you have the right to cancel your digital goods purchase within 14 days from the agreement’s conclusion, unless you consent to start the delivery of digital content and acknowledge the loss of withdrawal rights. Q: What happens if I accept a refund? #

A: By accepting a refund, you release HumanDesign.ai and its affiliates from all claims and liabilities. Acceptance of a refund is not an admission of liability by HumanDesign.ai.

Q: What is the policy on making negative statements about HumanDesign.ai? #

A: You agree not to disparage HumanDesign.ai in any manner, including making false or negative statements about our products, services, or personnel.
