Adding a Brand Voice allows you to create a personalized tone and messaging for your business or personal brand. Follow these steps to add a new Brand Voice inside the HumanDesign.ai Pro Dashboard.

Step 1: Log into Your Pro Dashboard #

1. Visit HumanDesign.ai.
2. Log into your account using your Pro Membership.
3. In the sidebar menu, navigate to “Brand Voices”.

Step 2: Access the Brand Voice Section #

1. Once inside the Brand Voices dashboard, locate the “Add Voice” button at the top right corner.
2. Click “Add Voice” to open the New Brand Voice form.

Step 3: Fill Out the New Brand Voice Form #

Now, you will see a popup form to create your Brand Voice. Complete each field as follows:

1. Company/Business Name (Required) #

• Enter the name of your business, brand, or personal coaching practice.
• Example: “Bills Coaching”

2. Description #

• Provide a concise summary of your company, including its mission and what makes it unique.
• Example: “A coaching service focused on personal growth and mindset transformation.”

3. Website URL #

• Add your business website if applicable.
• Ensure you enter a valid HTTPS URL.
• Example: “https://billscoaching.com”

4. Tagline #

• Enter a short tagline that captures the essence of your brand.
• Example: “Empower Your Mind, Transform Your Life.”

5. Tone of Voice (Required) #

• Choose a tone that reflects how your brand communicates. Options include:
  • Professional
  • Sweet
  • Inspirational
  • Technical
  • Sarcastic
  • Spiritual
• Select the tone that best matches your brand’s messaging.

6. Target Audience (Required) #

• Define who your content is meant for.
• Example: “Entrepreneurs, Coaches, and Business Professionals looking for personal growth.”

Step 4: Save Your Brand Voice #

1. Review all the details you have entered.
2. Click the “Create Brand Voice” button to save your settings.
3. You will see a confirmation message, and your Brand Voice will now be listed in the Brand Voices section.

Additional Tips #

• You can create multiple Brand Voices for different businesses or content strategies.
• To edit an existing Brand Voice, navigate to the Brand Voices section and click on the voice you want to modify.
