Temporary definition from a transit

Unverified draft. The structural facts below are checked against our own chart engine. The wording has not yet been reviewed by a Human Design professional.

This is the mechanic that makes transits worth paying attention to.

If you carry one gate of a channel and the transiting sky activates the gate at the other end, the channel completes. For as long as that transit lasts you have a definition you do not normally have, and the centres it joins are defined rather than open.

There is more to this entry

The rest is free to read with an account. Members can also vote on entries, leave corrections, and, if you are a practitioner, verify an entry under your own name.

This entry is part of the reference library Bella reads from when she answers questions about your chart. It was written by us, with the structural facts pinned to our own chart data rather than to a general model's recollection.

Provenance: drafted 2026-08-20 against Jovian Archive's transit material and corroborating sources. Covers the mechanic rather than any particular transit: live positions come from the chat's current_transit tool, which is already built. Interpretation open for practitioner review.
