To inform is the Manifestor strategy, and it is the only one of the four that asks the person to move first. Manifestors initiate. The strategy is simply that before acting, they tell the people the action will affect what they are about to do. It is not asking permission, and it is not a discussion; it is a plain statement made in advance, and it can be brief.
