          Victoria Vetri's Biography

American centerfold model and screen actress, also known as Angela Dorian and Victoria Rathgeb, who was convicted of attempted manslaughter of her husband.
Vetri was chosen as Playboy Playmate of the Month for the September 1967 issue and subsequently 1968 Playmate of the Year.
Previously, in the early 1960s, she appeared in supporting guest roles on television. Following her Playboy work, she appeared briefly in the psychological horror film Rosemary’s Baby (1968), then played the starring role in British prehistoric monster film When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth (1970).
In 1986 Vetri married Bruce Rathgeb (born 19 March 1959, San Francisco); she promptly took her husband’s name, and legally became known as Victoria Rathgeb. On 16 October 2010 at age 66 she was arrested and charged with attempted murder after allegedly shooting Rathgeb from close range inside the Hollywood apartment they were sharing at the time after an argument that day. She was jailed on 1.53 million USD bail. Between January and September 2011, the charge against Vetri was reduced to attempted voluntary manslaughter. She entered a plea of no contest. The judge sentenced her to nine years in state prison. In April 2018 Vetri was released from state prison to begin parole.
