American musician best known as the frontman, guitarist and vocalist with “The Broken West,” a Los Angeles power pop band active from 2004-2009. Initially called “The Brokedown,” the group changed their name in 2006 because of legal concerns with a Chicago band with a similar name.
Flournoy moved from Memphis, Tennessee with his family to Santa Barbara, California when he was 11.
