          Rennie Davis's Biography

          American political activist in the 1960s, best known as a member of the Chicago Seven, a group of defendants charged for anti-war demonstrations and large-scale protests at the 1968 Democratic National Convention in Chicago. He later spent three years in the Divine Light Ashram as a chela of Mahara Ji. In a third major life change, Davis joined the establishment in 1977 as a Hancock Co. Insurance broker with a wife and daughter.
          Davis later became a venture capitalist and lecturer on meditation and self-awareness. He was the founder of Foundation for a New Humanity, a technology development and venture capital company commercializing breakthrough technologies.
          He appeared on Larry King Live, Barbara Walters, CNN, Phil Donahue, VH1, and other network television programs. He consulted and provided advice in business strategies for Fortune 500 companies.
          He died around 2 AM on 2 February 2021 from cancer at age 80 in Berthoud, Colorado.
