          Princess of Denmark (1875) Louise's Biography

          Danish princess, the third child and oldest daughter of Frederik VIII of Denmark and his wife, Princess Lovisa of Sweden and Norway.
          She married Prince Friedrich of Schaumburg-Lippe (1868–1945) at Amalienborg Palace in Copenhagen on 5 May 1896. They had three children.
          Princess Louise died of meningitis at Ratiboritz Castle, Bohemia, at 9 AM on 4 April 1906, aged 31. Her father-in-law, Prince Wilhelm of Schaumburg-Lippe, died 5 hours earlier, at 4 AM, at the same castle.
