Brazilian singer, songwriter, pastor, music producer, multi-instrumentalist and arranger. He began his music career during the 1990s, playing in independent bands. In mid-1994, he was the lead singer and bassist of the heavy metal band “Corsário,” but it was in the Christian rock group “Oficina G3” that he achieved national notoriety.
PG was invited to join “Oficina G3” in 1997, through drummer Walter Lopes, replacing Luciano Manga, who was leaving the group. The musician joined the ensemble in 1998, and composed several songs, such as “Autor da Vida”, “Necessário” and “Te Escolhi”. PG also wrote several songs in partnership with Juninho Afram and Duca Tambasco. PG was ordained a pastor in 2003, and because of disagreements with the other members, he left the group in a controversial manner.
In 2004, he released his first solo album, Adoração, and in 2007 produced his first live album, Eu Sou Livre, which has been his greatest success as a solo artist. His most recent work is Eternidade (2019). PG has already won the Talent Trophy and been nominated for the Promises Trophy.
