Swiss journalist, currently a political reporter and Bundeshaus journalist at the watson.ch news website. In 2021 he was named “Journalist of the Year” in the Newcomer category by the industry magazine Schweizer Journalist.
In 2012, Marjanovi? achieved national fame when, together with Politnetz.ch Managing Director Thomas Bigliel, he was able to prove to the Council of States that there were several errors in the voting process. The research led to the small chamber of the Swiss Parliament becoming “the laughing stock of the nation” and the later introduction of an electronic voting system after public pressure. In an editorial, the Neue Zürcher Zeitung described Marjanovi?’s research as a “symbol for the entire legislature from 2011 to 2015”.
