          Mary Ann “Polly” Seguin's Biography

American homicide victim, murdered by her husband, Kenneth, on 4/28/1992. She and Ken were a bright young All-American couple with two lovely kids, Daniel, seven, and Amy, five, and a new home in Holliston where they had moved the prior weekend. She was upbeat, and happy about the move. Polly, as she was known, grew up in Reading, enjoyed aerobics and was active in the community, selling Tupperware and Mary Kay products.
Her body was found in a nightgown and underpants on Wednesday morning, April 28th. She had been killed by a blow from an ax while sleeping. Ken was accused of beating her to death the prior night or Wednesday morning, wrapping her in sheets and putting her in the river. He was found wounded about a mile away, an apparent attempted suicide. The kids were missing; their bodies were found on 6/02/1992 in a Franklin pond; their throats were cut. He had taken them to dinner the previous night and laced their food with sleeping pills. He drove them to the pond where he cut their throats and wrists and put them in the water. He returned home where he killed his wife as she slept.
