          Kerri Sullivan's Biography

American teenager killed in a car accident which she could have survived, had she been wearing her seat belt. A straight-A student, Kerri was an outstanding athlete, on her way to basketball practice. The driver, Barbara Regan, 46, apparently lost control on a winding road in the snow and hit a tree. Regan and her daughter were both in the front seat and wearing their belts but Kerri, in the back seat, was not buckled up.
Kerri was the youngest of three girls, well-liked by everyone who knew her.
