          Ken Trinkle's Biography

          American baseball relief pitcher in Major League Baseball (MLB) who served with the military in World War II during his career. He played MLB with the New York Giants (1943–1948) and the Philadelphia Phillies (1949). As a relief specialist in Major League Baseball, he led the National League in appearances in 1946 and 1947. He threw and batted right-handed during his baseball career. Ken Trinkle died on 10 May 1976 in his hometown of Paoli, Indiana at age 56.
