          American teenager, the driver of a car in which Peter Afarian died on 7/28/1996, 00:45 AM. Jason was charged with vehicular homicide, drunken driving and driving to endanger.
          Jason Veilleux, 18, his friend Peter Afarian, 19, and two other passengers, all hockey teammates, were coming home early on Sunday morning, 07/28/1996 from a Steve Miller Band concert. They had been drinking. Veilleux allegedly nodded off at the wheel and slammed into a telephone pole at approximately 00:45 a.m. in Andover, Massachusetts. Afarian was killed instantly. Veilleux and the other passengers were not seriously injured.
