American Jungian psychologist and analyst, the author of many books, including “Psychotherapy as a Mutual Process,” “Jungian Analysts: Their Vision and Vulnerabilities,” “Modern Jew in Search of a Soul,” and “Reich, Jung, Regardie & Me: The Unhealed Healer.”
Spiegelman received his Ph.D. at the University of California in Los Angeles. He is a graduate of the C. G. Jung Institute in Zurich, Switzerland, and spent many years teaching at UCLA and USC as well as at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
He died at age 91 on 22 September 2017 at his home in Studio City, California.
