          Homicide Victim 36041's Biography

          American homicide victim killed as one of the senseless acts of violence that plagues society. A hardworking Vietnam vet, he moved his family to Franklin, Massachusetts in 1990 to get away from the inner city violence, to protect his wife and two kids, aged 12 and 14.
          On the night of 12 March 1993, he was walking home in a snow blizzard from the train station after his days work at the Cambridge post office. When Stephen Daley, 18, and his pals drove past him in their car, they beeped the horn. Startled, T. lurched onto the car and broke the antenna. He rolled off and resumed walking through the snow. The young hoods stopped, Daley got a baseball bat and hit T. from the back three times. T. was found on the street just after midnight of the next day and taken to the hospital, where he died around 4:00 AM.
