French Jewish-born author, a pioneer in rational and statistical research, founder of the short-lived magazine “Le Déterminisme Astral,” 1904-1905. Selva published an adaptation of Morin de Villefranche’s “La théorie des déterminations astrologiques,” 1902;1976;1981 and “La
