Norwegian author. He was among the pioneers of modernism in Norway both as a poet and a critic. Christie published five poetry collections, which were collected in the posthumous collection “Samlede dikt” (‘Collected poems’) in 1998. In 1959 he suffered a falling accident that led to brain damage and blindness.
Christie died on 3 September 1996 in Oslo, Norway, aged 68.
