Don Borkowski's Biography
American astrologer who co-wrote the book Signs and Parts in Plain English (1976) with Press Roberts and Ima Roberts. He had 33 years of experience as an astrologer as of 2004. A passionate advocate of Placidus, he was disappointed by other systems.
Troubled by lifelong clinical depression and stress brought on by working for an unethical insurance company, Borkowski took a hiatus from work in October 1989. From 1993, he and his wife lived apart because of their difficulty in living together as well as his commute to his job, 50 miles away. He moved in with his elderly mother and commuted home on weekends.
He passed away from Multiple Sclerosis on 24 March 2021 at age 70 in Salem, Oregon.
