          German nobleman, the ruling Count of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt from 1612 until his death on 4 November 1646. Ludwig Günther I was the second eldest son of Count Albrecht VII of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt and his wife Juliana of Nassau-Dillenburg. On 4 November 1638, he married Emilie of Oldenburg-Delmenhorst. They had four children.
