American full time practicing astrologer, a specialist in Uranian astrology and professional for 18 of the past 21 years (as of 2002). She is a faculty member of NCGR’s New York City Chapter, and holds a Level IV certification. Arlene has given lectures and workshops throughout the U.S., Mexico and Canada. She had service on the NCGR National board from 1992 – 2000 as trade show then conference coordinator. She still serves as NCGR Advertising Manager for all their publications. Arlene is also a member of AFAN and had served two terms on the AFAN Steering Committee. She had served as UAC Trade Show coordinator for UAC ’89, ‘92,’95 and ’98. She is now Advertising Manager for the UAC Program Guide Directory.
Besides her organizational activities, Arlene sees clients and teaches astrology in her spare time. She lectured at UAC ’02, and at the Toronto conference Nov. 1-3, 2002 . She has written numerous articles for NCGR publications, and her article on “Bill Clinton through the chart of Chelsea Clinton” was published in the British Astrological Association Journal of April 99.
