          Andrzej Wiercinski's Biography

          Polish anthropologist, ethnologist, religious studies scholar, Kabbalist. He was a professor at Warsaw University and the author of hundreds of works printed in professional journals on general anthropology and anthropology of religion, in particular ethnogenesis of the Slavs, ancient Egypt and prehistoric Mexico, the theory of symbolization and cultural theory. Since 1978, head of the Department of Anthropology of the Historical Institute of Archaeology, University of Warsaw, since 1993 the Department of General Anthropology at the School of Education in Kielce; he also lectured at the Institute of Religious Studies at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. A. Wierci?ski was a member of 11 international scientific societies, including memberships. the founder of European Anthropological Association and memberships. honor.
