          André Donnay's Biography

          Belgian businessman, son of Émile Donnay and of his wife Victoire Otjacques, and the brother of Jean Donnay. He married Jacqueline Courthéoux, daughter of Albert Courthéoux, and was his father-in-law’s right-hand man since his entry into the workforce. He succeeded him at the C.A. de Courthéoux S.A. in 1964, where he sat until 1985. He succeeded his brother Jean at the management of Efel. After the abandonment of tennis by Björn Borg, the Donnay firm experienced growing difficulties. He died on 14 November 1993 in Chimay at age 72.
