Creating a personalized Human Design report is simple and intuitive with our built-in Report Generator. Follow the steps below to create beautiful, in-depth reports tailored to any user’s unique chart data.

✨ Step 1: Click the Magic Wand Icon #

To begin, click the magic wand icon at the top right of your screen labeled “New Report”. This will open the Report Generator popup.

📝 Step 2: Fill Out the Report Generator Form #

Once the Report Generator appears, you’ll see several dropdown menus and input fields. Here’s how to complete each part of the form:

1. Chart Context #

Select the Human Design chart you want to use as the foundation for this report. If no chart has been added yet, click here to learn how to add a new chart.

2. Brand Voice (Optional) #

Choose a voice or tone that fits your brand. You can create custom brand voices in your admin dashboard. If none are set, leave this as No Brand Voice.

3. Topic #

This determines the report’s area of focus. You can select one or multiple topics:

• Anxiety / Overthinking
• Depression / Low Energy States
• Career Burnout
• Money Blocks
• Finding Purpose

4. Formality #

This controls the tone and style of the writing:

• Formal – Polished, structured, and professional. Recommended for clients, businesses, or printed reports.
• Informal – Conversational, friendly, and relaxed. Great for casual coaching or younger audiences.

5. Perspective #

Choose how the report should be written:

• 1st Person – “I am a Manifesting Generator…”
• 2nd Person – “You are a Manifesting Generator…” (ideal for personal clients)
• 3rd Person – “Dominik is a Manifesting Generator…” (ideal for coaches, therapists, or teams)

6. Additional Instructions (Optional) #

Add custom notes or directions to personalize the output. Examples:

• “Use simplified explanations suitable for beginners.”
• “Keep the tone calm, compassionate, and healing.”
• “Please emphasize strengths and opportunities.”

🚀 Step 3: Click ‘Generate Report’ #

After filling out the form, click the blue Generate Report button. The system will automatically create your selected report, ready for review, download, or editing.

📌 Tips for Best Results #

• Ensure the selected chart is correct before generating.
• Use “Formal” for professional use or corporate clients.
• “Informal” is great for relaxed coaching environments or peer-to-peer sessions.
• Choose “2nd Person” for client-facing reports or digital downloads.
• Use “3rd Person” for team insights or when writing about someone else.
