If you need to block a user from messaging you, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Messages tab in your user dashboard.
2. Open the conversation with the user you want to block.
3. Click on the More menu (three dots) located in the top right corner of the conversation.
4. Select Block user from the dropdown menu.
5. Confirm the action to block the user.

Note: Blocking a user will prevent them from messaging you, and they will no longer be able to start a new conversation with you.

How to View and Unblock Contacts #

To see and manage your blocked users:

1. Click on the Messages tab in your user dashboard.
2. Click on the Settings cog located at the bottom left corner.
3. Navigate to the Blocked Users section.
4. You will see a list of users you have blocked.
5. To unblock a user, click the Unblock button next to their name.
