We are aware of an issue effecting some accounts where the error message: Azure Error – Invalid Value for ‘Content’ is shown. We are investigating the cause but in the meantime;
If you encounter the following error message while using the chatbot:
Azure: Error: Invalid value for ‘content’: expected a string, got null. (invalid_request_error)
This indicates that the system attempted to process a request, but the expected content was missing or improperly formatted.
Sometimes, a simple refresh can resolve temporary issues.
