However, most questions can be answered but clicking on the “Help” icon in the top right corner of your screen (on desktop) and bottom right (in mobile). Or you can simply ask Bella any kind of question about the platform.
We even have a comprehensive documentation sections with over 60 articles on how to use the platform. Most issues with the platform can be resolved in particular by going to the troubleshooting section.

Hey Brian, I’ve sent you an email to explain this to you. It’s an issue we’re aware of for a very specific timezone/birth year combo. We’re working on it as we speak, but in this case please use a city in the correct timezone as I suggested in my email.
