Michelle Mone's Human Design Chart
6/2 Emotional Manifesting GeneratorScottish entrepreneur, designer of the Ultimo, a bra that has taken engineering to a new front as it has tiny pockets filled with silicone gel to imitate the natural movement of a real breast. For her financial backing, one businessman took a 25% stake in the company when his wife tried on a model and promptly announced from Michelle’s bedroom that he must do so. Released in the UK on 8/19/1999, it may well knock the Wonderbra (launched in 1968) from its present position.
Michelle was an ambitious kid from the time she was ten, reading business magazines instead of comic books. She is restless, active, full of ideas outside of her busy family with a husband and three kids. She spent two years working on her Ultimo bra before marketing it to manufacturers while retaining sole distributorship rights to the UK and Europe. Her first goal from profits is to build a wheelchair-friendly bungalow for her dad, who has a rare spinal disease.
Mone, previously a long-standing Labour Party supporter like her family, withdrew her support in 2009 pledging to leave the UK were Gordon Brown to increase the top income tax rate to 50%: she accused Prime Minister Brown of mismanaging the United Kingdom’s finances stating that she was “disgusted by the Government’s inept handling of the economic crisis”. In January 2012, she gave an interview to The Sunday Times stating her intention to move to England were Scotland to become independent following the 2014 Referendum. On 27 August 2015, Prime Minister Cameron announced a list of new creations of Life Peers, including Mone. Her inclusion drew criticism from other business leaders. Some Conservatives questioned her suitability for the House of Lords. Senior Scottish Conservatives also criticised Cameron’s action, describing Mone as “a public relations creation, a personal brand rather than a serious businesswoman”.
